Howdy DineWise!

Here are a few examples of my work, organized by style. These reflect a range of approaches, from highly produced to leaner, self-directed formats, that could be adapted to fit your goals and budget.

High-End Production

If you’re leaning toward a polished, studio-quality look, I can collaborate with a production team to deliver something impactful. The Sysdig and WikiTribune launch videos were created in partnership with the creative studio Sandwich and are examples of that style.

The Sysdig piece is the only B2B video I’ve produced, but I believe the focus on clarity, tone, and quality makes it a strong reference point. My five video commissions for The New York Times also reflect my ability to work within an established brand voice.

Direct to Camera

If you’re considering on-camera messaging from your team, these two examples show different approaches.

The NYT Commission: Shot in-house at The New York Times, this piece is a polished, direct-to-camera piece delivered on a modest budget.

ChatGPT Course Video: A self-produced project where I handled everything from scripting to post. A more cinematic version could easily be achieved with a small crew.

Narration-Driven

This New York Times video showcases how I use narration as the primary storytelling device. This format works well for explainers or thought-leadership content where clarity and pacing are key.

UGC style

While I haven’t created user-generated style testimonials before, my skillset transfers well. I’m experienced in making people feel comfortable on camera and shaping strong stories from interviews.

For example, the Sysdig video was built from interview clips, some from individuals who weren’t initially comfortable on camera. With the right approach, we were able to capture authentic, usable moments across the board.

Thanks so much for your consideration!
